Custom Remodeling
Every home is different, and so is every family. When you need something beyond standard scope — unusual layouts, specific styles, particular needs — we plan and build custom.
Custom remodeling is what happens when the standard answer isn't the right answer. It might be an unusual layout, a structural change, or a project that no standard scope covers.
We define the outcome together, resolve the technical path before construction, and build it with the same care we bring to our best projects — tailoring scope, materials and detail to your home.
These projects are the ones where the answer cannot be reached by picking from a standard package. The home's proportions, what it can physically carry and how the household actually moves through it all have to be dealt with individually, and a plan that works in one house can be wrong in the next.
That is the work: working out the technical route on paper — what changes, what it depends on, what has to happen first — so that by the time anyone picks up a tool, the way through is already known. Planning these dependencies early can reduce avoidable changes during construction.
What’s included
- Non-standard layouts and structural changes handled with care
- Design resolved on paper before tools start
- Material and detail selections tailored to the client
